Rarely-available Graf von Faber-Castell limited edition fountain pen comes onto the market

One of our customers, an avid pen collector, is offering for sale the original first limited edition fountain pen released back in 2001 by Graf von Faber-Castell which includes three diamonds in the crown and features 240 year old olive wood for the barrel. We're told it's in perfect condition and includes the original boxes, certificates, packaging etc. and the customer has kindly sent us some photos (more of which are available by email on request). "This beautiful fountain pen marks the 240 year anniversary of the foundation of the great Graf Von Faber-Castell. It is a larger pen than the 'Classic' Faber-Castell fountain pen but has all the balance and style one can expect from Faber. Created in 2001, 1761 pens were produced and this is number 222. The barrel of the pen is crafted from 240 year old olive wood, and in the cap are three high quality diamonds to mark the start of the third millennium set an 18ct gold border. The medium nib is hand-made 18-carat gold.

This pen is still sealed in the cellophane from the factory so is mint. The box and satin cushions etc. are pristine, see the photos, you will not be disappointed. As it is the very first it is highly sought-after; they very rarely come up for sale so if you are a serious collector grab your chance now."
