A postage charge will be automatically added to all online orders at the UK rate of £3.75 GBP.
Customers from outside the UK will need to buy the extra postage due (except if ordering only refills), by clicking one of the buttons below before checking out:

• EU countries (excluding the UK):
Postage for anything other than refills is £8.95 GBP (total).
Therefore, to pay the additional £5.20 due for postage to other countries in the European Union, please click the button below, once:

(N.B. Next screen shows prices exclusive of VAT, which will be added during the final stages of the checkout process).

• USA, Australia & the rest of the world (excluding EU):
Postage for anything other than refills is £10.50 GBP (total).
Therefore, to pay the additional £6.75 due for postage to countries outside the European Union, please click the button below, once:

• UK Customers:
Postage for the UK is £3.75. This amount will automatically be added to all transactions during the checkout process. There is no additional VAT on postage.

Please note that, in the event that an order is made from outside the UK without paying for the extra postage costs outlined above, we will need to bill the additional postage costs due, as a separate transaction, before despatch of goods.
