14 Day Money-Back GuaranteeWith a few exceptions (see below), should you buy anything from us and it is not suited for any reason whatsoever, so long as it is returned to us within 14 days in new, unused condition* we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. * N.B. Returning orders ‘as new’ includes any gift boxes, printed cardboard cartons and all accessories and refills etc. which were supplied originally with the product. These also need to be returned in full, unused, working order i.e. ‘as new’. Please be careful, therefore, not to damage anything when opening the product(s), boxes and cartons etc. when you first receive them from us. We do, however, appreciate that you may need to open plastic bags or any plastic shrink wrapping so as to appraise the product(s). All returned goods must be returned in the manner we stipulate on this page in the ‘How to Return Goods’ section.
ExceptionsThe following are excluded from our 14 DayMoney-Back Guarantee:
- Fountain pens which have been ‘inked’;
- Specially ordered non-stock items;
- Limited edition and Special Edition writing instruments & accessories;
- Items which have been personalised;
- Orders for delivery outside the UK.
Returns PostageOur 14 Day Money Back Guarantee includes refunding the original price of the product(s) including any VAT. For UK orders it also includes the original postage up to a maximum equivalent of our standard "UK 1st Class" postage charge as at date of order. In the unlikely event that either the products supplied were faulty or if we had sent you the wrong ones, we would also be happy to reimburse you for reasonable (in our absolute opinion) return postage costs too.
How to Return GoodsAll items need carefully protecting with bubble wrap or similar protection when being returned to us. Should they arrive damaged or dog-eared we would not be able to re-sell them as new and in those circumstances a full refund would not be possible. Please also make sure that 'sharp' items like writing instruments are packaged suitably so that they cannot puncture and possibly escape from the outer packaging during transit (e.g. if they are not already in a carton or box, use cardboard, or similar, as well as bubble wrap).
